Choose the Shift That Fits Your Life
We understand that flexibility is key. We are currently hiring for two distinct schedules:
Flex Shift: You choose your start time! Work consistent 10-hour shifts starting anywhere between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
3rd Shift: Work 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Sunday through Wednesday (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!).

Responsibilities:
As an Assembler, you will work as part of a team to construct high-quality HVAC equipment casings. Your day-to-day will include:
- Assembly: Using blueprints and job specifications to fit sheet metal and components together.
- Precision Work: Utilizing power tools, wrenches, levels, and overhead cranes to ensure every build meets exact standards.
- Organization: Maintaining a neat and orderly work area and tracking your project hours accurately.
- Collaboration: Working closely with your team to hit production goals and maintain a safe environment.
Working hours: 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; shop courses or previous HVAC assembly experience is a plus but not required.

- Reliability: A strong work deck and the desire to show up and give 100%.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to use power tools and follow technical drawings/blueprints (we will train you!).
- Physical Stamina: Comfort working in a manufacturing environment and handling sheet metal components.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; shop courses or previous HVAC assembly experience is a plus but not required.
