Job Summary & Key Responsibilities:
As a Precision Assembler, you will be a vital team member responsible for building critical components for high-performance motors and generators.
Component Assembly: Build mechanical, electrical, and electronic sub-assemblies following detailed blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
Technical Tasks: Insulate, wind, and hook up stators for motors and generators using established industrial methods.
Soldering: Perform precision soldering to industry standards to ensure reliable electrical bonds.
Quality Alignment: Adjust, fit, and align components to meet strict inspection and ISO standards.
Tool Proficiency: Utilize a variety of manual hand tools and power tools to complete assemblies.
