The Assembler is responsible for performing a variety of assembly operations to construct high-quality hand tools and components according to established specifications and production standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assembly: Manually assemble small parts, components, and sub-assemblies using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and production equipment.

- Quality Check: Inspect work in progress and finished products for defects, ensuring they meet strict Snap-on quality standards and tolerances.
- Reading Instructions: Accurately follow complex verbal and written assembly instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and work order specifications.
- Material Handling: Manage and organize component parts at the workstation, ensuring proper materials are used for each build.
- Maintenance: Keep the workstation clean and organized; perform basic machine operation or simple preventative maintenance on assembly equipment as required.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production assembly environment.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement processes.
- Ability to operate semi-automated assembly equipment.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to work with and manipulate small parts with precision.
- Excellent manual dexterity and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
