Highlights:
- Temp to Hire
- Pay rate: $17.50-$19.50
- Schedule: 6am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday) with overtime mandatory
- Location: Mayville, Wisconsin
Responsibilities:
- Preparation: Prepares for assembly by reviewing blueprints, assembly instructions, and parts lists, and gathering all necessary parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
- Assembly & Positioning: Positions and mounts components using templates or precision measurements, then secures parts and subassemblies, ensuring all connections fit correctly.
- Quality Control: Verifies product specifications by measuring the completed component and inspecting connections for correct fit.
- Problem Solving: Resolves assembly issues by making necessary dimension adjustments to meet specifications, and escalates to a supervisor when additional resources are needed.
- Maintenance: Ensures equipment remains operational by performing preventive maintenance, following manufacturers instructions, troubleshooting basic malfunctions, and requesting professional repairs when necessary.
- Safety & Organization: Maintains a safe and clean work area by strictly following all established procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Inventory: Manages and maintains the supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders, and confirming the receipt of supplies
Qualifications:
- HSD or Equivalent
- Blue print reading experience
- Light electrical or heavy equipment experience
