Job Description:
As a Machine Operator, you would be setting up, operating and maintaining the custom machining centers to product high-quality parts.
Responsibilities:
- Enter production data into machines for producing panels for the Speed Guardian product line
- Load raw materials into machine
- Perform tool changes and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance
- Assemble panels while machine is working while also keeping the machine running
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Identify and troubleshoot quality issues, making adjustments or escalating problems as needed
- Perform routine maintenance like cleaning, lubrication and minor repairs
- Identify and report any machine malfunctions, tool wear, or other issues to the supervisor or maintenance department
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and wear PPE at all times
Education: High School
Experience: 6 months
Related Experience: High attention to detail, 1-3 years of machine operation experience, Prioritization skills, Ability to use hand tools
