This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor, learn the systems inside and out, and grow! You'll be supporting the implementation team, ensuring clients have a smooth and successful experience bringing our software to life.
Responsibilities:
Supporting our Implementation Specialists: You'll assist in various stages of software implementation, from initial setup to post-launch support.
Project Coordination: Help keep projects on track by scheduling meetings, tracking tasks, and ensuring all necessary resources are in place.
Client Communication: Assist with basic client inquiries and follow-ups, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
Documentation: Help create and maintain clear documentation for processes and client configurations.
Learning & Growing: Absorb knowledge about our software, our clients' needs, and best practices in project management and customer suc
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Skills:
Some project management or coordination experience: Whether it's from a previous job, volunteer work, or even school projects, show us you can organize and follow through!
Exceptional organizational skills: You love checklists and keeping things tidy.
Exceptional communication skills: You can clearly express yourself both verbally and in writing.
Tech-savviness: You're comfortable learning new software quickly.
