Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analyzing and resolving electrical problems, troubleshooting and continuous improvement on analog/digital electronic control systems, PLC programming, HMI systems and computer network communications.
- Document and implements work order procedures for new equipment/technology and the complete documentation of all system modifications.
- Repair, calibrate and clean all instruments, pressure switches, flow tubes and gauges to ensure minimal downtime and efficient utilization of pneumatic and electronic equipment.
- Responsible for installation and maintenance of Process Control Instruments, both pneumatic and electronic.
Skills:
- Manufacturing experience
- Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic experience
- Food manufacturing experience
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Must have GED, high school diploma or higher and one to two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous hands-on experience with PLC controls and logic circuits required
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows programs
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
