Responsibilities:
- Shadow and learn from operators, PM mechanics, Maintenance Technicians, Maintenance supervisors, Maintenance managers, Engineering, Safety Team, and Continuous Improvement team.
- Complete a 12-month training program and be able to explain and demonstrate the theory and practice of maintenance tasks.
- Partner with Quality Assurance, executing and supporting all Quality programs that ensure the production of Safe, Quality Foods.
- Learns and uses CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System) to enter and retrieve activity log information and reports.
- Learn from other mechanics on how to troubleshoot various items, identify line performance issues, and assist in correcting them.
- Assist with the installation, adjustment, and repair of processing equipment in accordance with specifications.
