Spherion Lebanon is working with a client in their search to fill a 3rd Shift, Back Up Machine Operator position in Lebanon, PA. The pay rate is $18.00 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Temp to Perm Position

Weekly Pay 

Responsibilities:

• Feed rubber under next guiding roller onto table,
• Throw waste material into regrind bin,
• Tuck Rubber into core so new roll is formed,
• Place plastic wrap in end of roll so new roll can be wrapped, Shift sideways 5’side-to-side while holding plastic wrap and allowing plastic wrap to wrap the new roll,
• Push finished roll off of table to the finished roll line,
• Stacking Rolls onto Skid,
• Use hand crane to lift finished core/shaft off of unwinding unit
