Responsibilities:
The Bank Teller provides accurate and efficient transactional services to members while delivering a high-quality, member-focused experience. This role includes processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other account transactions in accordance with credit union policies and procedures. Tellers also promote credit union products and services, refer members to team specialists, and contribute to an exceptional member experience.


Skills:

• Cash handling experience
• Profient in basic computer operations 
• Customer service experience 
• Banking experience 
• Relevant education or certifications

Education:

• High School or Equivelant 

Experience:

• 1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Proficient with computers and office software.
• Strong personal financial responsibility
• Basic math and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing, professional, and member-focused, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness and ability to obtain required licenses and maintain regulatory compliance
