What You'll Do
- Answer questions and resolve complex inquiries regarding health, life, disability, and retirement benefit programs
- Guide members, retirees, and employers through program options, eligibility requirements, and application deadlines
- Process changes to health insurance benefits, retiree monthly payments, and account adjustments
- Research and apply relevant program policies, guidelines, and procedures accurately
- Use case management software, CRM systems, and standard business applications to maintain accurate records

What You'll Bring
- Experience interpreting and communicating complex information clearly and accurately
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and phone communication skills
- Proficiency with computer-based software systems, including Microsoft Office and database platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and comfort managing time-sensitive deadlines
- Previous call center or benefit administration experience preferred
