Responsibilities:
High-Volume Call Management: Handle a combination of outbound auto-dialer calls and inbound inquiries (approximately 100+ calls daily).
Consultative Account Resolution: Work with customers (2???29 days delinquent) to determine root causes of past-due balances and negotiate suitable payment arrangements.
Basic Skip Tracing: Perform minimal account research and verification to update contact information and prepare records for servicing.
Metric Performance: Consistently meet quantitative daily call volume metrics while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
Schedule & Break Adherence: Follow structured work schedules, break times, and shift guidelines to ensure full queue coverage.
Positive Customer Touchpoints: Maintain an empathetic, professional tone while navigating sensitive financial conversations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Communication & Negotiation: Clear verbal articulation with the ability to de-escalate calls and guide customers toward payment solutions.
Speed & Multi-Tasking: Ability to converse naturally while simultaneously typing accurate notes into a computer database.
Resilience & Energy: Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with continuous auto-dialer activity.
Reliability: Excellent record of attendance and punctuality.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate???s or Bachelor???s degree preferred).
Fluent in English and Spanish is a major plus!
