Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, racks, and shelves, ensuring proper handling and secure placement.3. Inspect forklift equipment before use, performing routine maintenance checks and reporting any defects or issues to the supervisor.4. Maintain accurate inventory records by recording material movements and transactions in the company's database or inventory management system.5. Follow established storage and stacking procedures to maximize space utilization and minimize damage to materials.6. Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring inventory accuracy.7. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and/or Spanish to coordinate work activities, prioritize tasks, and address any concerns.8. Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and participating in safety training programs.9. Support warehouse operations by performing additional duties such as picking orders, packing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Physical strength and stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork.
1. Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or distribution environment, with a valid forklift certification/license.2.
