We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Korean/English Customer Success & Sales Specialist to be the primary point of contact for our Korean and English-speaking customers.

You will be instrumental in delivering world-class service while also identifying opportunities to grow our customer base by educating them on the value of our high-quality nutraceutical products. This is a critical remote position where you will work independently, managing customer relationships through various communication channels.
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Flexibility: We are open to Full-Time or Part-Time candidates. We are happy to adjust schedules to accommodate academic commitments for students.
Core Coverage Need: Our primary need is for coverage until 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (noon).
Full-Time Schedule Note: Full-time employees may take one weekday off in exchange for covering the Saturday shift.
Hours: Our customer service is expanding its coverage hours from the current 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (M-F) to include expanded weekday evening and Saturday morning coverage.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer communications (phone calls, emails, and chat) in both Korean and English.
Provide comprehensive and accurate information regarding our nutraceutical products, including ingredients, benefits, usage, and pricing.
Efficiently manage customer transactions, including order placement, tracking, modifications, and returns.
Proactively troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate customer complaints and complex issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of all products and company policies.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Qualifications:
Must be fluent in both Korean and English (speaking, reading, and writing). A language assessment will be administered with a Synergy Korea office employee as part of the hiring process.
Proven customer service experience (1+ years preferred) in a high-volume or call center environment, preferably in an inbound capacity.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented abilities.
Self-starter with proven adaptability and time management skills for successful independent work in a remote setting.
Must reside in Salt Lake County or Utah County, UT for equipment pickup and local support.
