Inbound Customer Support:Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers in both Korean and English.Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our nutraceutical products, including ingredients, benefits, usage, and pricing.Assist customers with order placement, tracking, modifications, and returns.Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency, escalating complex cases as needed.Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new product launches and company policies.Inbound Sales:Identify and pursue sales opportunities during customer interactions by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products.Educate customers on the value and benefits of our product lines to encourage purchases.Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.Communication & Documentation:Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and internal teams.Provide feedback on recurring customer issues or product concerns to improve overall customer experience.Adherence to Standards:Meet or exceed established performance metrics for customer satisfaction, call quality, sales conversion, and efficiency.Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, particularly those related to health and wellness claims.
