Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & every other Thursday, 4:00PM-4:30AM, $16-$19/hr
Responsibilities:
Accurately weigh and measure raw ingredients, meticulously recording batch data
Efficiently lift and dump ingredient bags (up to 50 lbs) into mixers and super sacks
Support the staging, organization, and cleaning of ingredient containers and blending equipment
Uphold the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Maintain a consistently clean and organized workspace
Communicate any discrepancies, spills, or issues promptly to the Blend Room Lead or Supervisor
Ensure proper labeling on super sacks and batch records for complete traceability
Assist with pre-operational checks, basic maintenance, and equipment changeovers
Commit to all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Be open to cross-training and assisting in other production areas as needed
Skills:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience in food manufacturing or handling food ingredients
Qualifications:
Ability to consistently lift, move, and dump up to 50 lbs throughout your shift
Comfortable working in a production environment, which includes exposure to dry, dusty ingredients
Proficiency in basic math, reading scales, and following detailed written instructions
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to food safety and cleanliness
Ability to stand, bend, and remain on your feet for extended periods
Excellent reliability and punctuality
