As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for launching and leading the Appleton office, developing client relationships, and building a high-performing recruiting team that supports companies across the region. Success in this role requires leadership, strong business instincts, and a hands-on approach to building a new market.

This is a full-time position based out of our Appleton, WI office. Our office hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Friday.

What you'll do
Lead the launch and growth of our Appleton office.
Build relationships with business leaders across the Fox Valley and identify hiring opportunities.
Develop new client partnerships and expand existing accounts.
Recruit and place talent across a range of roles.
Build and mentor a local recruiting team as the office grows.
Partner with leadership to develop sales strategy, target industries, and growth plans for the region.
Represent Spherion in the local business community through networking, chambers, and industry organizations.
Uphold organizational values in all communication and activity

What we're looking for
3-10+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates with staffing or recruiting experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
Strong relationships or familiarity with the Fox Valley business community
Comfort representing the organization at external events along with a willingness to proactively reach out to local employers as we grow our presence in the region
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong follow-through
Resourceful with a can-do attitude
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
