We are seeking a high-energy, bilingual Branch Manager to oversee operations for a granite company located in Mission location. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring seamless office administration, inventory management, and customer satisfaction for a high-volume distributor of premium slabs. Responsibilities:
Office Oversight: Manage daily administrative tasks, ensuring all paperwork, payments, and customer records are accurate.
Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse and office staff to ensure slabs are loaded safely and deliveries are dispatched on time.
Customer Relations: Serve as the point of contact for walk-in customers and B2B clients (shops), providing expert product knowledge and support.
Inventory Integrity: Monitor stock levels and ensure the "slab-to-truck" process is efficient and error-free.
Performance Tracking: Meet branch targets related to volume, safety, and operational efficiency.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience: Previous management experience is required (logistics, retail, or industrial backgrounds preferred).
Language: Must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish) to communicate effectively with our diverse client base and team.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computers (POS systems, inventory software, and email).
Skills: Strong organizational skills and a "sales-minded" approach to customer service.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience with stone/slab products or building materials is a significant plus.

Operational Leadership: Ability to manage a workflow that moves between a professional office environment and a fast-paced warehouse/yard.
Safety Consciousness: A strong understanding of safety protocols regarding heavy material handling (even if not operating machinery yourself).
Conflict Resolution: Experience handling high-pressure situations, such as delivery delays or inventory discrepancies, with a calm and professional demeanor.
Attention to Detail: Precision in tracking SKU numbers, batch/lot numbers for slabs, and ensuring the right product is loaded onto the right truck.
Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to bridge the gap between the warehouse crew and the ownership/corporate office.
