Responsibilities:
Organizational Stewardship: Manage daily financial operations, including AP/AR and payroll, ensuring meticulous care of company resources.
Operational Leadership: Oversee office workflows and vendor contracts to maintain a professional, orderly, and productive work environment.
HR Compliance: Lead internal personnel processes in accordance with Washington State labor laws, fostering a culture of mutual respect and accountability.
Executive Support: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, managing sensitive projects and high-level communications with total discretion.
Culture Advocacy: Ensure all administrative actions and external interactions reflect the core values and foundational principles of our organization.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Proven Experience: 5+ years in business administration or office management, preferably within a values-driven or non-profit sector.
Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and the Microsoft 365 Suite.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate organizational goals into efficient, actionable administrative processes.
