The General Affairs Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the General Affairs administrative team. As the General Affairs Administrative Assistant, you will be working with multiple teams and foreign partners. The General Affairs Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting multiple departments including the CEO.
Responsibilities:
General Affairs & Travel Support
Coordinate logistics for business travelers from headquarters in Korea, including vehicle arrangements, accommodation assignments, and meal planning.
Arrange domestic and international business travel for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and rental vehicles.
Act as the point of contact for visitors and business travelers during their stay.
Procurement & Office Management
Manage office supply inventory and place orders for general office needs, snacks, beverages, and other company necessities.
Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective purchases.
Administrative Support
Provide daily administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and assisting with internal communication.
Support HR and recruitment efforts by coordinating with external hiring platforms, staffing agencies, and talent acquisition partners.
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for easy access to documents and records.
Qualifications
2-3 years previous administrative experience required.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
Native English skills with Korean skills a plus.
Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
