We are seeking a highly motivated, "boots-on-the-ground" Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our client's market presence. This is an active, field-facing role where you will be selling our industry-leading valves and control systems directly to agricultural businesses, industrial equipment manufacturers, and beyond. You must be a true self-starter who is ready to hit the ground running. While the role involves significant travel and trade show attendance, initial training and onboarding will take place in our Little River-Academy office to ensure you are fully integrated with our product lines and internal team.

Responsibilities:
Proactive Sales & Field Work: Actively hunt for new business opportunities and manage accounts across agricultural, turf, and industrial sectors.
Trade Shows & Networking: Represent TIR at industry trade shows, conferences, and field demonstrations to showcase our robust line of fluid handling systems.
Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on TIR's product catalog including solenoid valves, motorized ball valves, and control systems to effectively solve customer problems.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal engineering, production, and customer support teams in the office to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue targets, negotiate contracts, and expand our footprint.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Experience in agriculture, fluid handling, or industrial parts is a major plus.
A highly motivated self-starter who operates with urgency, thrives with minimal micromanagement, and is eager to build lasting client relationships.
Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, whether you're speaking with a farm operator or an industrial facility manager.
