Schedule: M-F Day Shift
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 annual salary plus a generous benefits package.
Little travel required to Austin, TX area about once per quarter.
Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis & Solution Design
- Partner with teams across the organization to understand business processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
- Map processes, identify inefficiencies and control gaps, and translate business needs into clear system requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend practical solutions using existing ERP functionality, Microsoft tools, third-party applications, automation, or custom development where appropriate.
- Evaluate solution options based on functional fit, implementation effort, total cost of ownership, risk, and expected business value, including ROI analysis for larger investments.
ERP & Business Systems
- Develop a solid understanding of the organization's ERP environment, business processes, data structures, and integrations.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve ERP configuration, workflows, reporting, and utilization.
- Investigate native ERP functionality and available partner solutions before recommending custom development.
- Support ERP integrations, data integrity, system governance, testing, troubleshooting, and user adoption.
Reporting, Data & Analytics
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytical solutions using tools such as Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and SQL.
- Work directly with relational data to investigate business questions, validate reporting, troubleshoot issues, and translate operational data into meaningful business information.
- Improve manual reporting and spreadsheet processes where opportunities exist for greater efficiency, reliability, or control.
Implementation & Continuous Improvement
- Develop workflow automation and lightweight business applications using tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps where appropriate.
- Coordinate solution implementation, testing, documentation, training, and user adoption.
- Build relationships with users and monitor implemented solutions to ensure expected business benefits are achieved.
Skills:
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, energy, or similar operational environment is preferred
- Experience with Epicor Kinetic or another manufacturing ERP is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, APIs, system integrations, or similar technologies is an asset.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled business tools, Python, Palantir Foundry, or similar technologies is an asset.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, ERP/business applications, data analytics, process improvement, or a related role.
- Excellent SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and data structures.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, and experience with Power BI or a comparable business-intelligence platform.
