Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our Client's growing team. This role is a critical link between our business objectives and our technical solutions, playing a key part in identifying needs, defining requirements, and managing projects through to successful implementation.

Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
Translate high-level business requirements into detailed, unambiguous functional and non-functional specifications.
Perform gap analysis to determine the difference between current and future state business processes.
Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects) and business stakeholders to evaluate solutions and recommend the best course of action.
Create visual models (e.g., flowcharts, wireframes, UML diagrams) to clarify processes and system behavior.
Serve as the primary liaison between the business units and the IT development and QA teams.
Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and change management activities.
Support the QA process by reviewing test plans and scenarios, and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT).
Identify opportunities for process and system improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
Proven ability to define, model, and document business processes and functional requirements.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and methodologies
Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with requirement management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
