We are looking for candidates proficient in customer service, possessing strong computer literacy, and experienced in using Microsoft Outlook for professional communication. This role requires excellent typing skills due to the nature of the work.
This position offers a pathway to permanent employment and career growth. The starting pay rate is $17.50 per hour, with potential for an increase upon permanent hire by the client company.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via telephone.
- Providing information and resolving issues effectively.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- Utilizing computer systems and email for communication and documentation.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
