Spherion Fort Myers is seeking a diligent and customer-focused Call Center Representative to be the first point of contact for customers and clients. The ideal candidate will be a natural problem-solver and an excellent communicator. This is a temporary part-time seasonal position that will end Mid March.

Answer calls and make all custmer appointments
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate, valid, and complete information
Process credit card payments according to established procedures
Document all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately in our CRM system.
Working hours: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Ability to listen attentively to customer needs and concerns.
A calm and understanding demeanor when dealing with frustrated customers.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to find effective solutions.
A positive attitude and the ability to handle stress and rejection gracefully.
Meticulous in documenting customer interactions and processing information.

Experience:

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a customer service or call center role
Ability a call chat queue is preferred
