Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain member relationships through financial products and services that promote members financial well-being, including resolving and escalating member concerns.
- Develop and maintain professional, courteous, and in-depth financial relationships with members via telephone and digital correspondence.
- Understand all products and services offered by the company in order to stimulate member utilization.
- Advise members of product benefits, features, rates and details.
- Research and resolve member complaints and account issues.
- Ensure proper follow up and member satisfaction.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisors / managers.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- 4+ years working in a call center environment, preferably with a financial institution.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent customer service skills and abilities to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to prioritize duties and meet promised deadlines.
- Ability to effectively review documents consistently.
- Requires high school level of language, math and reasoning skills.
- Minimum of 6 months sales and customer service experience.
- Must be able to work full time, in office.
