In this role, you will be responsible for interviewing clients and reviewing their documentation to determine eligibility for our programs. You will work with clients through their annual recertification process, ensuring all files are processed accurately and efficiently. This is a chance to use your strong communication and organizational skills to support individuals and families, helping them access the resources they need.
Responsibilities:
Interview clients during their annual income recertifications to determine continued program eligibility.
Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all files meet our agency's policies.
Process client files with a strong focus on detail and organization.
Use your conflict-resolution skills to navigate challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
Perform basic math calculations to assist with eligibility determinations.
Utilize Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Teams.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in a similar role or in a social services environment.
Familiarity with case management software or client database systems.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Teams.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to working with clients.
The ability to perform basic math calculations using a calculator.
