Responsibilities:
Responsible for loading, strapping, and securing loads.
Quality verification, label applications, and ensuring all paperwork is included with every load.
Coordinate with Production Leads to organize the yard and maximize material movement efficiency.
When not driving, you will support the shop by moving raw materials, welded parts, and finished goods using a forklift to keep the production flow moving.

Skills:
Welding and metal experience is a plus.
Forklift experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications:
CDL Class A license with a clean driving record and 3 years of experience required.
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work safely in a high-activity environment.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively without constant supervision.
Strong familiarity with Southern Minnesota routes and geography.
High School Diploma or GED required
