We are currently hiring dependable, safety-minded commercial drivers for two separate openings within our operations. Class A: Mon-Fri 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (+ Overtime, Home daily) $28-$31
Class B: Mon-Fri 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Home daily) $24-$29
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k), and PTO.
Responsibilities:
For Class A Drivers: Safely load, strap, and secure flatbed cargo for local deliveries. When not driving, support the shop floor by operating a forklift to move raw materials, welded parts, and finished goods.
For Class B Drivers: Safely operate Class B commercial trucks on local daily routes to collect and transport recycling and waste materials to disposal centers. Provide professional face-to-face customer service during pickups.
For Both Roles: Complete routine pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintain accurate delivery logs, and follow all safety and traffic regulations.
Skills:
Class A Role: Forklift experience preferred; welding or metalworking knowledge is a plus.
Class B Role: 3+ years of commercial Class B driving experience; prior experience in the waste or recycling industry is a plus.
Qualifications:
Class A Role: Valid Class A CDL, clean driving record, 3+ years of flatbed experience, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. High School Diploma or GED required.
Class B Role: Valid Class B CDL, standard Driver's License, and a current DOT Medical Card.
For Both Roles: Strong reliability, commitment to safety, and familiarity with Southern Minnesota geography.
