This position is responsible for various finishing operations following the machining and polishing steps in the manufacturing process.
Available Shifts:
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Sunday - Thursday)

Responsibilities:
Perform finishing operations within a cell, including material handling, sorting, cleaning, deburring, straightening, blasting, stress relief, NDT preparation, vibratory/tumbling, immersion cleaning, electropolishing, etching, and cutoff saw operations
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure proper manufacturing specifications
Measure products using precision measuring instruments to verify product dimensions and identification
Complete and maintain accurate cell records, including inspection records, setup sheet revisions, preventive maintenance logs, and training documentation
Working hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Cell Process Certification
Prior manufacturing or finishing experience in a cell environment
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints
Ability to use precision measuring devices and instruments
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Physical capacity to lift between 20 to 50 lbs, depending on specific department assignment
