We are seeking a safety-conscious and detail-oriented Machine Operator Team Member to join our Warsaw plant on 2nd or 3rd shift. In this role, you will play a vital part in manufacturing operations by packaging finished products, operating forklift equipment, conducting raw material sampling, and maintaining precise batch logs. Responsibilities:
-Packaging & Material Handling: Safely package and palletize finished products into boxes, drums, gaylords, and supersacks ranging from 15 lbs to 2,000 lbs.
-Equipment & Housekeeping Maintenance: Operate floor scrubbers and perform routine housekeeping, including cleaning grinders, extruders, charging equipment, and testing tools.
-Forklift Operation: Safely operate tow motors and forklifts to move materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
-Sampling & Data Logging: Sample raw materials and finished goods while accurately recording batch variables and logging production data.
-Safety & EHS Participation: Actively participate in the Warsaw Safety Journey, safety committees, behavior-based safety programs, and ISO 14001 procedures; uphold the Golden Principle to stop work if conditions are unsafe.
Working hours: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
-Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-System Knowledge: Prior experience working with SAP software.
-Quality & Safety Standards: Prior experience in an ISO 14001 certified environment or safety audit teams.

Qualifications:
-Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
-Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 55 lbs several times daily.
-Equipment Experience: Strong tow motor / forklift driving skills.
-Core Aptitude: Basic math skills, reliable communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
