We are hiring a CDL Class A Driver to support a regional food delivery operation. This semi over-the-road role involves operating a tractor trailer, making deliveries that may require overnight stays, and returning home most weekends.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a tractor trailer to deliver food products to customer sites

Unload freight manually or using a hand truck (includes ramps and stairs)
Provide excellent customer service and ensure delivery accuracy
Collect payments and secure signed confirmations
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, fueling, and basic maintenance
Handle backhauls or shuttle runs as needed
Maintain logs and comply with all DOT and company safety guidelines
Travel up to 5 days per week
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of experience delivering food products
Experience driving manual transmission trucks
Knowledge of backhaul and shuttle operations
Strong attention to detail and customer service focus

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Valid CDL Class A license (issued by your state of residence)
At least 6 months of commercial driving experience (or 3 months in food/beverage delivery)
Must pass DOT drug screening and be DOT-qualified
Able to communicate clearly in English (written & verbal)
Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions
Willing to work assigned schedule, including overnights and possible weekends
Familiar with or willing to learn GPS and delivery tracking systems
