Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling, service requests, and general inquiries; deliver a high-touch, "white glove" experience.
- Meeting Lifecycle Oversight: Lead the end-to-end coordination of client meetings, including preparation of materials, in-meeting support, and rigorous post-meeting follow-up.
- Operational Execution: Manage workflows, update CRM data with precision, and refine administrative processes to ensure the practice runs efficiently.
- Planning Support: Assist the Advisor with financial planning documentation, data entry, and the gathering of necessary client financial information.
- Proactive Practice Support: Anticipate the needs of the lead advisor and the practice; take ownership of outcomes to ensure no detail is overlooked.
Skills and Qaulifications:
- Previous experience in a professional office environment (Financial Services, Law, Insurance, or Real Estate is a plus).
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- A desire to grow long-term within a Duluth-based practice.
- Familiarity with financial planning software or advanced CRM management.
- A proven track record of taking initiative and being accountable for results, not just tasks.
- Professionalism, warmth, and the ability to communicate clearly with high-net-worth clients.
- High proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace) and the ability to learn new industry-specific CRM and planning tools quickly.
- Absolute commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive financial data with care.
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines without sacrificing attention to detail.
