Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for:
Doctors? offices
Med spas
Pharmacies
Healthcare partners
Maintain open, professional communication via:
Phone
Email
Chat platforms
Provide high-level, ?white glove? client support
Process and manage data using Excel and internal systems
Navigate multiple platforms simultaneously
Collaborate with your team using Microsoft Teams
Ensure accuracy with numbers, reporting, and documentation
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Skills:
Experience in a Call Center Environment is a plus
Experience providing Customer Service via multiple platforms is a plus
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
