- Oversee and coordinate clinical placements across all nursing programs.- Partner with program coordinators to identify, secure, and maintain clinical sites aligned with curriculum needs.- Confirm placements before each semester and manage necessary changes.- Maintain clinical site agreements, contracts, and required documentation in collaboration with Legal.- Build and maintain relationships with clinical site partners.- Support outreach to current and potential clinical partners.- Ensure all placements meet College of Nursing preceptor standards and site onboarding requirements.- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new preceptors and clinical faculty.- Serve as a point of contact to support preceptors.- Assist with preceptor evaluations and continuous improvement.- Monitor compliance with clinical requirements (immunizations, background checks, training).- Ensure clearance prior to clinical rotations.- Act as a liaison to resolve compliance for clinical sites.- Track and approve clinical hours per program requirements.- Collect and assist with review evaluations from preceptors and faculty.- Maintain accurate records for accreditation and licensure reporting.- Support development and improvement of clinical education experiences.- Contribute to strategic planning to expand clinical site partnerships.- Analyze data and prepare reports for program improvement and accreditation.
