While milling experience a plus not required, candidates with CNC milling a plus background or experience with dimensional inspection a plus will transition very quickly into this environment. Additionally, candidates with grinding and plastics machine operating experience a plus bring great foundational knowledge to our precision operations. Responsibilities:
Perform basic setup and operation of CNC lathe machines.
Load materials and monitor machine performance during production.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.
Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documents.
Make minor machine adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.
Record production and inspection data accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment concerns.
Support other production operations as needed.
Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Experience operating CNC milling machines.
Experience performing dimensional inspections.
Grinding machine operation experience.
Plastics machine operating experience.
Knowledge of manufacturing best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot minor machining issues.
Experience working with close-tolerance precision parts.
Familiarity with production documentation and work orders.
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Team-oriented with good communication skills.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience operating CNC lathe machines.
Basic CNC machine setup experience.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
Knowledge of quality inspection procedures.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
