Available Shifts:
1st Shift: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday | 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM
3rd Shift (Overnight): Monday - Thursday | 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM
Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Work 36 hours, paid for 40)
Responsibilities:
- Setup and operate CNC machining centers, turning centers, and metal fabrication equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications for tolerances and dimensions.
- Perform quality checks using precision measurement tools per ISO work instructions.
- Conduct necessary tool changes, minor offsets, and regular preventative maintenance.
- Maintain a safe, clean work area and assist with daily cycle counts.
Skills:
- Machinist Technical Degree, Certification, or 2-4 years of related CNC/fabrication experience.
- Experience navigating ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Background working within ISO-certified quality environments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic experience operating computer-controlled or electronic machinery.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions, blueprints, and measuring tools.
- Basic shop math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals).
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
