2nd Shift: Mon – Thu | 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
3rd Shift: Mon – Thu | 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekend Shift: Fri – Sun | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40!)

Job Summary & Responsibilities:
As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for producing high-precision parts using state-of-the-art Machining Centers and Turning Centers.
Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications to determine exact dimensions and tolerances.
Machine Operation: Run CNC equipment according to written instructions and ISO work standards.
Quality Control: Utilize precision inspection equipment to verify part quality; perform tool changes and machine adjustments as needed.
Maintenance: Perform daily equipment inspections, routine maintenance, and cycle counting.
Logistics: Properly pack finished parts to prevent damage and prepare them for the next stage of production.
Candidate Requirements:
Skills & Experience:
Technical Background: Machinist Technical Degree/Certification OR 2–4 years of related machining experience.
Tech Savvy: Ability to operate computers and electronic shop equipment (ERP experience is a plus!).
Math Proficiency: Strong ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure (fractions and decimals).
Physical & General Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Physicality: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
Communication: Ability to read/comprehend English instructions and communicate effectively with the team.
