The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery to produce precise metal parts.. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.

- Set Up: Load raw materials and tooling, and adjust machine controls (offsets, speeds, feeds) according to blueprints and job specifications.

- Operation: Run and monitor CNC machines (mills or lathes) throughout the production cycle.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished components using precision instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure they meet tight engineering tolerances.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine and tooling; troubleshoot basic operational issues.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
- Experience with basic G-code or program editing.
- Prior experience in tool and die or a precision metalworking environment.
- Knowledge of tool wear and making necessary adjustments.

High School

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience operating CNC mills or lathes in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings (including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing - GD&T).
- Proficient use of precision measuring tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
