Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Coal Bagger. In this role, you will be responsible for manually bagging coal, ensuring each bag meets weight and quality standards, and preparing the bags for storage or delivery. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a dusty environment, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Responsibilities:

• Bagging, stacking, and palletizing bags up to 50 lbs. each. 
• Labeling product
• Preparing material for shipment
• Operate various pieces of equipment when authorized
• assist in loading or unloading bulk materials into trucks or railcars

Education: No Requirements

Experience: 12 months

• Excellent past and future attendance record
• Ability to learn to safely operator a forklift
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work in confined, restricted, or otherwise difficult physical surroundings
