Responsibilities:
??? Proactive Relationship Management: Conduct "service-first" outreach via phone and
email to confirm clients have received necessary documentation (BOLs, PODs, etc.)
before invoices become past due.
??? Collaborative Problem Solving: Investigate payment delays to identify root
causes???such as missing paperwork or billing discrepancies???and work internally with
dispatch and billing teams to resolve them quickly.
??? Empathetic Negotiations: Partner with clients facing financial challenges to establish
fair and sustainable payment plans that maintain the business relationship while
securing company revenue.
??? Accurate Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions and
payment statuses within the ERP/accounting system to ensure transparency across
departments.
??? Cross-Functional Advocacy: Provide regular updates to sales and operations teams
regarding account health, helping them better serve our clients.
