The Installation Assistant role means belonging to a great team. The Installation Assistant allows the Lead Installer to focus on installing and problem-solving at the job site. The Installer will assist the lead installer with basic install functions, retrieving tools, and materials when needed, and keeping a clean and safe work environment. This position is responsible for loading install materials at the beginning of the day and assisting the cleanup at the end of the day. The position supports an experienced installer and is an entry-level position. Additionally, the Installation Assistant is intended to be a training program for potential growth.

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Overtime: Until 7:30 PM
Pay: $20.00/hr

Responsibilities:
Effectively prepares the job site for set up and tear down
Demonstrates competency and confidence necessary to complete all installation duties
Installation of products to manufacturer specs and building code requirements
Collaborates with Lead Installer to provide Signature Service to all customers
Takes part in and leads safety
Maintains a clean and safe work environment
Complete installation, safety, and other required trainings
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Trade school diploma/certification desired
Two years of general carpentry experience desired
Ability to grow into a Lead Installer position with tenure
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to work at heights on ladders, planks, roofs, etc.
Must be able to accurately read a tape measure
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Comfortable constantly positioning self to remove/install products at various levels
Ascend/Descend ladders or other various equipment to work at heights
Lifting equipment or products up to 75lbs
Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel
Exposure to elements outdoors and animal exposure (cats/dogs/bees etc.)
