Our client is seeking a hands-on Construction Manager to lead and oversee a diverse range of projects, including internal renovations and client-based commercial construction. Responsibilities:
Plan and manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
Develop and ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
Supervise on-site construction crews, subcontractors, and laborers.
Ensure full compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
Conduct regular quality control checks and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
Maintain consistent communication with internal leadership and external clients.
Accurately document project status, changes, and costs.
Source and coordinate all material deliveries and vendor services.
Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance project efficiency.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in commercial and/or historic renovations.
Comfort with flexible compensation structures based on performance.
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in construction management.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams across varying skill levels.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and safety protocols.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong project management skills.
