Responsibilities:
- Prioritize all other items in workflow at the beginning of each workday, to determine most important and time-sensitive tasks and projects; check all other items in workflow at the end of each workday, to determine which tasks need to be done as soon as possible on the following workday.
- Follow all established Consumer Quality Assurance procedures as explained and trained by Consumer Loan Servicing Manager.
- Solve all Member-related Consumer Quality Assurance issues immediately.
- Perform QA review on all consumer loan types.
- Process Montana lien releases daily.
- Follow up on outstanding lien releases at direction of Consumer Title Specialist.
- Issue daily GAP policies.
- File Debt Protection and GAP claims and complete monthly Debt Protection and GAP reconciliations.
- Track and monitor the claims spreadsheet and report monthly and annual figures to Consumer Loan Servicing Manager and SVP of Loan Operations.
- Process and track all paid MBP claims, independently purchased MBP contracts, and all ancillary product cancellations.
- Cross-train with other Department Personnel to enable continued workflow.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Consumer Loan Servicing Manager, informing them of all pertinent problems, new developments, changes and other important information.
- Assist other Quality Assurance Department personnel by answering questions, solving problems and helping with complex work-related matters.
- Report to work on time and as scheduled.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Competent in general math skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe, including working knowledge of formulas and spreadsheet formatting.
- Competent with Microsoft Office; ability and willingness to work with a variety of office equipment and software systems.
- Complete mandatory annual BSA training that includes Red Flag, Identity Theft, OFAC, CTR and SAR reporting and thresholds, as well as the safe keeping of member information, and passes any applicable tests.

Education:
Associate

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Follow Credit Union, Montana and Federal information privacy guidelines, policies and procedures, and protect confidential information.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or banking preferred.
- 6-12 months professional experience with accounting or lending procedures preferred.
