Responsibilities:
- Manage international and domestic affiliate orders across clients manufacturer and sales distribution (OCA) sites.
- Create, maintain, and execute sales orders, return orders, debits, credits, and deliveries throughout the order life cycle.
- Coordinate and provide direction on inbound and outbound transactions between clients centers, vendors, and internal customers.
- Investigate and facilitate international customer master account requests, including creations, changes, and deactivations.
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders regarding order status, backorders, estimated shipment dates, order tracking, and invoicing.
- Coordinate with Market Quality on the creation of international compliant orders.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system experience.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Word.
- Basic knowledge of Supply Chain workflows, inventory, and order life cycle.

Qualifications:
- Associate???s degree in business or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of Operational, Supply Chain, or Customer Service experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to turnaround times.
- Problem-solving and investigative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
