As an Estimator, you will work closely with project managers, estimators, and procurement teams to gather data, analyze project requirements, and assist in the development of cost proposals. Your responsibilities will include:, Assisting in quantity take-offs and material/labor cost calculations, Reviewing blueprints, technical documents, and specifications, Preparing and organizing bid packages and project documentation, Maintaining cost databases and supplier pricing, Communicating with vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotes, Supporting project timelines and helping track estimate revisions, The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of construction or manufacturing processes, excellent math and computer skills (especially Excel), and a keen eye for detail., Familiarity with estimating software is a plus but not required.
