Are you an early bird with an eye for detail and a strong work ethic? We are looking for a dedicated and dependable Custodian to join our team!
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with consistent hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. You'll play a vital role in keeping our facility spotless and welcoming.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
...Performing general cleaning of lobbies, offices, hallways, and restrooms.
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floor surfaces.
Emptying trash and recycling receptacles and replacing liners.
Dusting and sanitizing furniture, surfaces, and fixtures.
Cleaning and restocking restrooms to ensure they are sanitary and well-supplied.
We value dependability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to cleanliness.
Required Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and a personal commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Dependable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications (A Plus!):
Previous janitorial or custodial experience in a medical or commercial facility.
Knowledge of the proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
