Responsibilities:
The Custom Fit Experience: Master the art of the tape measure. You???ll take precise foot measurements and assess unique customer needs to find their perfect, custom boot blueprint.
Product Matchmaking: Act as an expert guide through premium leather selections and technical construction options, translating complex craftsmanship into practical benefits.
Showroom Stewardship: Keep the local showroom looking sharp, organized, and welcoming.
Operational Hustle: Manage inventory, handle point-of-sale transactions smoothly, and provide a top-tier customer experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Be the Face of Quality: Bring enthusiastic, warm, and professional energy to the sales floor every single day.
Working hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
An interest in or appreciation for premium, USA-made craftsmanship and trade industries.

Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of face-to-face customer service or retail sales experience.

Comfortable standing on your feet for the duration of a shift and lifting/moving inventory boxes up to 40 lbs.
Excellent communication skills and dependable scheduling flexibility.
