We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join their team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for doctors and dental professionals, helping them navigate a premium product line of clinical equipment while meeting sales and service metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Inbound Support: Handle customer calls regarding order status, pricing, and product info.
- Drive Sales: Consult with clinicians to recommend products and close sales over the phone.
- Data Accuracy: Enter orders into the business system with high precision and zero errors.
- Hit Metrics: Meet monthly sales goals, conversion rates, and phone availability targets.
- Problem Solve: Resolve customer issues independently using conflict resolution skills.
- Modern Tools: Utilize CRM, chat, and digital tools to maintain a seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in a call center; 2+ years in sales/prospecting preferred.
- Technical Skills: Experience troubleshooting clinical equipment or technical hardware
- Service Skills: 2-3 years in customer service with a "customer-first" mindset.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office; Oracle or CRM experience is a plus.
- Detail Oriented: High accuracy in order processing and data entry.
- Communication: Strong verbal/written skills; types 30+ wpm.
- Education: High School Diploma required; Associates degree preferred.
