Spherion Gainesville, FL is seeking a Customer Communications Specialist to provide superior customer service to all internal and external customers. Receive visitors in a manner that creates a strong positive image of the company and its personnel.
Responsibilities:

- Manage customer communication processes contained within the team SOPs. This is done through daily coordination of team activities and work with both external vendors and internal employees.
- Process requests and orders for business cards, surgical name badges, letterhead stock, and office supplies, ensuring efficient budget practices.
- Schedule and supervise vendors who perform employee concierge services.
- Completion of special request projects from other teams and employees.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic office and or receptionist with multi-phone line experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows-based office productivity tools including Microsoft Word and Excel

- High School Diploma or GED required.
